Authentic Alabama White Sauce (aka: White BBQ Sauce): Creamy and Tangy
Alabama White Sauce is creamy and tangy making it perfect for smoked chicken, which was its intended purpose when created by Big Bob Gibson in 1925. I live right here in Alabama and have visited the restaurant many times. The vinegar, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic, and mayonnaise sauce works beautifully over any meats, fish, and vegetables. The dash of cayenne adds the heat it needs to top off this favorite sauce. I use it as a salad dressing too. Hope you enjoy it!

1 clove garlic, minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Transfer to a lidded jar. Use immediately or refrigerator for 24 hours to let the flavors develop. It will keep 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Grilled ribs and smoked ribs with a tasty dry rub and flavorful red sauce with the perfect amount of vinegar, sweet, and spicy ratio just can’t be beat. I like to cook my ribs nice and low around 250 degrees keeping them covered for the most part, then coat them with the bbq sauce then blast them for about 5 or 6 minutes tota...

Hello Ms Harris... A month or two ago I made your crawfish Mac-N-Cheese... Love it! Today UA-cam sent this recipe. I went to your channel and saw the content... Wow! I call my cooking style "Field Lunches". Maybe I call my lifestyle the same thing. Anyway, I want you to know how much I appreciate what you are doing. I see your other work. You are doing more than cooking. You have a new subscriber in me. I bought your cookbook.
